hire purchasing. "ISL" proposes
to make its presence felt into leasing & hire
purchase business by launching several schemes for
consumer goods/durables by going in for a typing
up arrangement/re-finance with
retailers/manufactures countrywide, presently
concentrating on the northern region.

Financial Resource Division is:

clients on international investments issues and opportunities.

income securities on the Indian stock Market.

structures, financial engineering and sourcing
fund requirements of local companies.

Management Consultancy Division incorporates:

preparation of project reports and formation of
companies.

operating systems.

Emphasis is laid on providing recommendations
which are cost effective and geared towards an
improved profitability. Existing
systems are reviewed with the intention to
identify loss making areas of operations and
suggest solutions.
